Subforum pembaca yang ada berkisar masalah kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya percintaan (男女, danjo = cowok cewek), human relationship (persahabatan dsb.) (人, hito = orang), pendidikan (学ぶ, manabu = belajar), dan pekerjaan (働く, hataraku = bekerja).
Walaupun cakupannya sepertinya terbatas, sebetulnya banyak sekali topik menarik yang muncul. Dari forum tersebut kamu bisa tahu masalah aktual orang Jepang modern, dan bagaimana masyarakat Jepang memandang segala sesuatu. Bahasa yang digunakan normal, dan tentunya pengetahuan yang didapat dari sini akan berguna saat kita ngobrol tentang Jepang atau dengan orang Jepang misalnya.
Sebagai contohnya adalah topik oyome-san ga saikin tsumetain desu (Menantuku akhir-akhir ini dingin). Di situ ada mertua yang curhat bahwa menantu perempuannya pada awalnya sangat akrab dengan dia. Baru-baru ini menantu tersebut melahirkan, sehingga mertua tersebut sangat bahagia dianugerahi cucu pertamanya. Berniat baik, mertua tersebut berusaha sebisa mungkin mengajari cara membesarkan anak dari pengalamannya selama ini. Ternyata menantunya lama-lama menjadi dingin, mulai dari telepon yang tidak diangkat sampai SMS yang dibalas telat dan singkat seperlunya.
Di situ, respons dan masukan orang lain bisa dibilang satu suara: Jangan ikut campur urusan membesarkan anak! Ada yang menulis bahwa pengalaman membesarkan anak di zaman dahulu banyak yang sudah tidak pas lagi di masa sekarang. Ada yang bilang pasti menantu tersebut juga sudah aktif mencari sendiri atau membaca berbagai info tentang hal ini, jadi kalau terlalu ikut campur maka akan terkesan sok tahu atau tidak percaya. Ada ibu dua anak yang berkomentar bahwa sikap seperti itulah yang membuat mertua reputasinya buruk dan dijauhi. Ada yang bilang ini bukan anak si mertua, jadi hargai cara membesarkan yang mereka pilih sendiri. Dari sini bisa dilihat bahwa sepertinya di masyarakat Jepang modern, seorang ibu sama sekali tidak ingin mertua ikut campur urusan membesarkan anak. (Di Indonesia bagaimana ya? Apa malah senang kalau mertua baik hati berbagi ilmu? Tolong komentarnya.)
